Nelcos is a Canadian based company with offices in Vancouver, Toronto and Boston.  They have the exclusive distribution rights to Hyundai’s line of architectural vinyl films called Bodaq in North America.  

Bodaq is a stretchable and durable design solution for the refinishing of any surface including doors, walls, table tops, counters tops, ceilings and even curved surfaces. The key benefits of this product include:

Many organiations now have tight renovation budgets due to inflation pressures, which has peaked interest in lower cost options. 

To grow, Nelcos needed assistance with an account based sales effort targeting multi-location retailers and restaurants.

Business Problem:

Nelcos was experiencing consistent growth and with that the owners Roman and Victor were struggling to manage new sales as their time was heavily utilized for operations, current account management and estimating.  So, they turned to VA Partners to provide some part-time sales assistance developing the larger multi-location retailer and restaurant market in North America in a cash flow friendly manner.

Our Solution:

• Setting up a CRM (Hubspot) to manage the sales process
• Proactively targeting new multi-location retailers and restaurants

After working with VA Partners for over 3 years, VA Partners has assisted Nelcos in engaging 20+ new firms including one of Canada’s largest grocery retailers.  This opportunity as an example, now after two successful pilots, represents a multi-million dollar revenue opportunity over the next couple of years.
