What Sales and Marketing Tools Do We Use in Client Engagements?

 

We use a number of tools to provide our customers with great sales and marketing services at a fraction of the full-time costs. From process management to creative design, these are some of the tools we use to provide our customers with a complete range of services.

Salesforce is one of the leading CRM tools used by businesses. CRM tools like Salesforce helps growing businesses track leads and prospects, create and schedule follow-up tasks, log meeting details and outcomes. You have real-time visibility into your sales funnel and metrics.

MailChimp makes building an effective email campaign simple and affordable. Email newsletters help all types of small businesses and companies to nurture leads, find new customers, drive repeat business, and generate referrals.

Moz, formerly known as SEOmoz, provides marketing analytics software for search, links, social, and brand. Moz allows us to monitor and improve our customers’ SEO and inbound marketing performance.

WordPress is a content management and web publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability. Over 22% of the world’s top 10 million websites are powered by WordPress.

Google Analytics is a website analytics platform that tracks website visitors and visitor behaviour. We use Google Analytics to help measure the effectiveness of the content we create for clients through metrics such as page views, visitors and time on the page.

Unbounce is a landing page builder for white papers, guides, paid search, banner advertising, email marketing or social media campaigns. We use Unbounce for collecting leads, A/B testing marketing messaging and more.

Hootsuite is a powerful dashboard that helps organizations to manage social media campaign across multiple platforms including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

From Photoshop to InDesign to Illustrator, we leverage Adobe Creative Cloud apps to provide design support for sales and marketing activities, such as creating graphics, brochures and other materials.

HubSpot is an inbound marketing software platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. We use HubSpot to create landing pages, build and send out monthly newsletters and write and schedule blog posts.

Salesforce Pardot is a B2B marketing automation tool by Salesforce. It offers an easy-to-use marketing automation solution that allows marketing and sales departments to create, deploy, and manage online marketing campaigns from one central platform. We use Pardot for marketing automation, creating and sending out newsletters and creating custom landing pages.

Data.com is a research tool by Salesforce that acts as a source of accurate business data unified in one location. It also integrates right into Salesforce, so we can do all of this in one place and have it feed the information right into our CRM. We use Data.com for lead generation, client research, and account management.

HubSpot Marketing (formerly Leadin) is a lead generation tool that can integrate into your website’s existing contact forms and also create triggered popup windows and dropdown banners in order to collect contact information from your visitors. When a user fills out a form, HubSpot Marketing automatically creates a content consumption story to show you what pages that user visited before filling out a contact form. We use it to generate and qualify existing and new leads in order to know which prospects in our funnel are the closest to becoming buyers.

HubSpot CRM is a free contact resource management tool that can sync with Gmail and Outlook in order to record every interaction that you have with a lead. When used with HubSpot’s other available Sales and Marketing tools, it gives you a broad overview of your entire sales funnel and all of the moving pieces within it. We use the HubSpot CRM to track and manage our leads in an environment where almost everything is automated.

Gravity Forms for WordPress is a full featured contact form plugin that features a drag and drop interface, lead capture, multi-page forms, and so much more. It also integrates with PayPal, Stripe, MailChimp, AWeber, HubSpot, and if you use Zapier, you can create an endless amount of workflows that utilize the tool. We use Gravity Forms to design our main lead capture forms.

Yoast has a number of search engine optimization plugins for WordPress. It makes it super easy to adjust the SEO title, meta tag description, and URL slug for your website’s pages, and you can focus each particular page around a specific keyword. It uses the traffic-light analogy: if it shows a page with a green light you’re good to go, but if you see a red light, you should check your settings before proceeding. We use Yoast to very easily adjust the SEO settings for our’s and our client’s websites.

Buffer, like Hootsuite, is a social media management tool that helps with content curation and properly scheduled posts and tweets. It has a ‘best time’ feature that lets you automatically schedule your posts, as well as a useful browser extension, so if you find an interesting article worth sharing, you never have to leave the page in order to do so. We use Buffer to make sure all our ducks are in a row when it comes to social media.
