Our part-time BDR is our most popular fractional sales offerings. With this offering we do the unfun things in sales. This includes the research, cold calls, emails, and adding all of this information to the CRM. The major output is discovery calls with the right contacts at the right organizations. From there the client takes over the sales opportunity and we go back to doing the unfun sales things that lead to more discovery calls.
Sales Rep
The part-time sales rep offering is a more complete fractional sales offering. We do all of the activities associated with the fractional BDR, but then take opportunities through to close. The client is usually involved with many of the key activities that are part of the sales process. We would also do regular deal reviews in the CRM so the client can stay on top of their deals.
VP Sales
The part-time VP of sales is a great offering for organizations looking to set-up sales strategy, process, your CRM, and grow the team. The most common projects for this factional sales offering is the creation of a sales playbook or getting ready to hire and lead a sales team. There are also coaching and mentoring options available.
International Sales
We have worked with international companies that are look for a presence in North America. Our international sales and marketing offering could be used to support a trade mission, help a new sales resource get set-up, or provide a part-time sales person to grow North American revenue.
