Sales rep
We work with many organizations to train their sales people. It could be new sales people, team training for a sales team, or even sales people in new roles. Our sales training for B2B involves active learning which could include cold call practice, CRM tips, booking more discovery calls, closing business, and how to leverage AI. We can create custom programs for your sales people or teams. If you are based in Ontario there could be funding through a Job Grant Program.
Creating a plan
Having a strong sales plan is one of the keys to sales success. At VA Partners, we can create a sales training program that also leaves behind a sales plan. This can include goals, Ideal Customer Profile, messaging, steps in the sales process, sales cadence, managing a sales team, and much more.
